This beautiful and small private community houses a magnificent and open living house for rent known as Casa Iguana.

This vacation rental villa is a two hour drive north of Puerto Vallarta and is the perfect getaway if you want to spend your Mexican vacation away from the turists. The villa also has a maid and cook. Casa Iguana has two palapas and is surrounded by the Pacific Ocean. Since it is located on a rocky promontory, you can get the magnificent view of the blue ocean all the way up to San Blas. This villa for rent is close to many sight seeing places and is a pivotal point for activities such as snorkeling, trekking and scuba diving.

Casa Iguana is surrounded by well-manicured landscaped garden which has a plethora of flowering plants such as Bougainville in different shades that adds color to your vacation. The living area is a beautiful semi-circular room which has a thatched. Lamps are strategically hung to add a romantic mood to the living area. The wall of this house rental is a combination of pale orange and off-white. The circular seating arrangements on one side of the wall along with clay lamp shades add to the charm of the house and displays the rustic beauty of Mexico. There are also cushioned cane chairs with a center table and few curios and indoor plants.

On the other side of the living area is a beautiful circular kitchen with cooking gadgets, wall cabinets, and shelves. There is also a green color stunning center table which can double up as a cutting table and dining table. The pantry counter can be used to have breakfast and there are a few high chairs. For an additional $30 USD per person per day the meals are included, prepared by your personal cook!

The living area has a oceanfront dipping pool on to the terrace with deck chairs. A small area has been set with a table and couple of chairs. This can be used as drinks table and you get a magnificent view of the ocean. This rental villa at Punta el Custodio has two bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom has a huge bed pushed against the wall with beautiful night tables on either side with night lamps. This room opens on to a patio from where you can watch the sweep of the ocean. There are windows on both side of the room. The other furniture includes a small cot, storage cabinets, small stools and a teapoy.

The second bedroom is as charming as the master bedroom. There are cabinets and night stands, book shelf and a ward robe. The room opens on to a small terrace on one side and has garden chairs and a small center table. Here you have the good view of the sea and the fauna and flora of Mexican Riviera.
